Take I-278 W towards the Triborough Bridge. Take the exit towards Randalls-Ward Is / Manhattan / FDR Drive. Merge onto Triborough Bridge.  Take the FDR Ramp and merge onto FDR Drive-South.  Take Exit 11 for E 53 St. and merge onto E 53rd Street.  Turn Left at 2nd Ave.  Turn Right at E 45th Street.  Arrive at 62 West 45th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues.

From Long Island
I-495 W / Long Island Expressway toward New York.  Keep Left at the fork and follow signs for Midtown Tunnel / I-495 W and merge onto I-495 W.  Take exit toward E 37th St.  Keep Right at fork and following signs for 37th / 38-40th Streets.  Turn Left at E 37th Street.  Turn Right onto 3rd Ave.  Turn Left onto E 45th Street.  Arrive at 62 West 45th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues.

From New Jersey
I-495 E / Lincoln Tunnel. Take Left Exit toward I-495 E / 42 St / RT-9A / All Points. Stay Straight to merge onto Dyer Ave. Turn Right at 42nd Street. Turn Left on 8th Avenue. Turn Right onto W 48th Street. Turn Right onto 5th Ave. Turn Right onto W 45th Street. Arrive at 62 West 45th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues.

From CT
I-95 to NYC. Take I-278 / Bruckner EXPY Exit 6B on the left towards Triborough Bridge. Merge onto Bruckner Expy and take the I-278W exit on the left towards the Triborough Bridge / FDR Drive. Merge onto I-278 W and take exit towards Manhattan / Randalls-Ward Is / FDR Drive. Merge onto Triborough Bridge. Take the FDR Ramp and merge onto FDR Drive-South.
